"Adele" racconta di un padre ed una figlia che affrontano il lutto dopo la scomparsa della madre. Con il padre annientato dalla perdita e incapace di prendersi cura di lei, la piccola Adele si trova completamente sola. Inizia allora a rifugiarsi in un "baule magico", capace di riportarla alla vita e alla madre che ha perduto.

"Adele" tells the story of a father and a daughter in mourning. With her father crushed by the loss of his wife and incapable of taking care of her, young Adele finds herself completely alone. That's when she starts to hide in a "magic trunk", capable of taking her back to the life and the mother she's lost.
